The whole country has been in the grasp of the deadly Covid-19 and has been dealing with the after-effects ever since. It is a village located in Jagadevpur Mandal of Siddipet district. Basvapur has a population of about 1,200 with around 375 houses and has created a record of not registering a single covid case. Mostly the village is dependent on agriculture, grow most of their own food themselves, hence the people need to go out of the village on very rare occasions, which minimises the chances of Covid-19 intrusion.
Not only that, the villagers follow all the Covid-19 norms strictly from the very beginning of the pandemic, maintain proper social distancing as well. The roads are cleaned regularly and no one leaves home without a mask.

This Village situated in Madhya Pradesh, close to Betul, has recorded 'zero' Covid-19 cases. The credit for this miracle goes to the women of the village. The women took the matter into their own hands and made sure that there is a complete lockdown and prevent outsiders from entering their village. The villagers are responsible for themselves as well.
According to the women, they are monitoring all those coming on the state highway passing close to the village. They had to take this tough decision to save everyone.

It is in the Sapaul district of Bihar that has not witnessed a single positive case till date as well.
The village has isolated itself, and the main road leading to the village remains barricaded 24×7 and no one is allowed to enter or leave unless there is an emergency of some kind.

This Village is situated in Odisha. It has a population of approximately 1,234 people with 261 households and has been Corona-free forever.
In January, the administration conducted a covid test on as many as 32 villagers at random, and all of them tested negative.
