ABVP Silchar unit distributed relief materials among flood victims of Boiragitilla village, Chatla.

Severe rainfall and devastating flood has affected a huge numbers of people in the entire Barak Valley. Thousands of people are homeless. Administration shifted them to relief camps. But still there are many peoples of backward villages, it's tough for them to connect with administration and ask for help. Beyond administration Organisations like ABVP reached out to such spots forwarding their helping hands. 

This time ABVP Silchar unit has reached one of such flood effected places in Cachar district and helped out a huge number of people. ABVP Silchar unit did its bit to help 300 people of Boiragitilla Village, Chatla near Silcoorie tea estate by distributing essential relief materials like sanitary napkins, mosquito coils and some food items. Boiragitilla village is submerged under water and people of that village was in need of such forwarding helpful hands. This was done in the presence of Kisholoy Chakraborty, Secretary, ABVP Silchar Unit, Joint Secretaries Sushmita Chakraborty and Rohit Chanda along with other karyakartas Aditya Dey, Nitish Tewari,  Tushar Ghose, Deba Nath and Snehal Chakraborty.
