Assam HSLC Examination 2024 Schedule Released: Dates and Details Inside

The Board of Secondary Education Assam (SEBA) has officially announced the schedule for the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) Examination 2024, providing clarity for thousands of students in the state. The exams are scheduled to begin on February 16, 2024, and will cover a wide array of subjects over the course of several days.

The examination will commence with the English literature paper on February 16, starting at 9 am and concluding at 12 noon. On February 17, elective subjects such as Music, Dance, Wood Craft, and Bengali will be examined in the morning session from 9 am to 12 noon, followed by Manipuri and Santhali exams in the afternoon from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm.

Social Science will be the focus on February 20, with the exam scheduled from 9 am to 12 noon. The following days will see examinations in subjects like Retail Trade, IT/ITES, Private Security, Health Care, and various others, as well as Assamese, scheduled until March 4. The exams will conclude with subjects like Advanced Mathematics, Geography, History, Sanskrit, Computer Science, Commerce, Home Science, Arabic, Persian, and Nepali in the morning session from 9 am to 12 noon, followed by the Fine Art exam in the afternoon from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm.

Additionally, SEBA has outlined the schedule for practical exams, including subjects like Computer Science, Music, Dance, Weaving & Textile Design, and Commerce on February 2, and other subjects like Garment Designing, Retail Trade, IT/ITES, Private Security, and more on February 3.

Candidates are granted an extra five minutes for reading the question paper, providing ample time for preparation before the exams begin. The release of the schedule marks a significant step for students preparing for the HSLC Examination, offering a clear timeline for their academic assessments.
