Barak Valley youth sets course on bicycle to raise awareness of Swachh Bharat and Rape Free India.

Nripendra Das, a 23- year-old youth from Fakua (Sonbeel) embarked on his All India Cycle Rally with his eyes ablaze in excitement and with pure passion in heart to make clean India and Rape free India a reality.

What made an undergrad like Nripendra to go on a self financed Pan India Tour, to travel thousands of kilometers on a solo journey overcoming all sorts of obstacles just to make people aware of the gravity of the present condition of India in matter of cleanliness and safety of women?,
When asked he said," There's an elder in our Village in Nagaon District, who travelled all around the world from Nepal to Bhutan to Bangladesh and everywhere despite his one missing leg. If he can do it, then why can't I traverse the whole country for a noble cause like that of Cleanliness and Safety for women!?”.

Last December, when the world was still struggling to adjust to the new normal and half of the world was still locked up behind the shutters,
Nripendra decided to use up his temporary vacation from his B.S.W studies to fulfill his lifelong dream of meeting RJ Kartik along with spreading awareness and educating the public about social issues.

So, starting from Karimganj on Dec 2,2020 Nripendra travelled to Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, West Bengal, Orissa, Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and is currently stopping by places in Gujarat.

Motivational Speaker RJ Kartik, upon meeting Nripendra praised our energetic youngster for his commendable cause and expressed his humble feelings of gratitude, that a student paddled up for more than 3 months just to meet him! RJ Kartik said he couldn't have been happier.
And as for Nripendra all he ever wanted was to meet RJ Kartik and touch his feet to show his love, and undeniably his dream did come true in ways he didn't imagine.

Nripendra Das in an extremely heart-to-heart conversation with Explore Valley said that even after covering 4,300 kilometers, he has still way more to go and that he is extremely happy where is he now.
“ I'm very happy that Explore Valley team called me up to know about my whereabouts and my journey so far. I'm extremely touched by this gesture that you people care about me and with the blessings of all I will soon complete my dream and come back home in great condition”.

In the exclusive call, Nripendra also said,” I have previously been on 3 international tours and my parents have always supported me in every decision of mine. I have got great friends and acquaintances who wholeheartedly support me constantly and their motivation helped me reach where I am today”.

By the end of the call Nripendra got extremely emotional and we from the entire Team of Explore Valley wish for his safe journey throughout and back to his hometown.
