Cachar police seize Yaba Tablets worth ₹12 Crore, arrest supplier

In a major drug bust in Cachar's Dholai, police seized Yaba tablets worth ₹12 crore and arrested a supplier. The arrested individual, identified as Komorul Islam, was caught with 40,000 Yaba tablets in Satgram, Dholai.

Acting on a tip-off, police intercepted an Alto car with registration number AS 11X 5911, coming from Mizoram, and conducted a thorough search, leading to the seizure of a large quantity of drugs.

The police have stated that the market value of the seized Yaba tablets is around ₹12 crore. The anti-drug operation in Cachar continues, with further investigations underway.
