On the occasion of National Library Day, Hon’ble DC Madam visited 1017, Dakshin Mohanpur LP School (under Sonai Education Block) and inaugurated the “Street Library” at the boundary wall of the school, “Water Conservation Scheme” around the handpump and “Humanity Wall” in the school premises.
The programme started with plantation in the school. In the programme Smt Lipika Sinha madam (BEEO cum BMC, Sonai), Smt Panchatapa Choudhury madam (DPO, TT), Smt Papdi Bhattacharjee madam (DPO, ST), Shri Rana Ranjan Nath Sir ( DPO, IE), Shri Kripanu Roy Sir (DPO, AS), Dr Abdul Matin Laskar Sir(MCD College), Kh Krishnamohan Singha ( Sahitya Academy Yuva Puraskar Awardee) along with some CRCCs (Samsul, Gopal, Ziaur, Babul, Javed) and all RPs, ARPs of IE component attended and deliver their valuable speech.
In the programme, IE Component also ceremonially distributed the ECE materials.
Hon’ble DC Madam and BEEO madam also borrowed book from the newly inaugurated Street Library.
