Trainee Program:

Training Period: One month with a daily allowance of Rs 150.
Post-Training: A stipend of Rs 6000 per month for the next six months plus travel allowance (TA) and daily allowance (DA). Additional incentives based on sales performance.
Post-Confirmation: Salary ranging from Rs 12,000 to Rs 15,000 per month plus incentives and commissions on sales.

Sales Manager:

Requirements: Suitable experience in sales.

Team Leaders:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales of two-wheelers and three-wheelers.
Salary: Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000 per month plus incentives and commissions.

Service Manager:

Experience: 5 to 7 years in managing service operations for two-wheeler or four-wheeler dealerships.
Salary: Competitive package based on experience.
Service Adviser:

Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in the automobile industry and either HS or graduation.
Note: This position is reserved for female candidates.
Additional Requirements:
