GP Singh Apologizes for the recent police assault on a Doctor from Cachar. Asks Assam Police to have utmost respect the frontline workers.
Following the brutal Incident of the Police assault on Dr. Indadul Mazumder, in Silchar, IPS Officer GP Singh took to his tweeter account and said that the matter is being enquired and resolved. He, on behalf of Assam Police personnel that were involved in the assault, tendered an unqualified apology as written by him. He further said that he looks forward to working in unison with all frontline workers to save the people of Assam from the pandemic.
