High-speed collision: Three seriously injured as car slams into parked truck in Dholai
Accident on national highway 306 leaves car wrecked
Three individuals, including the driver, were seriously injured when a luxury car collided with the rear of a stationary truck in Dholai.
The accident occurred around 10 PM on Sunday near the Manipur Market area of National Highway 306, in front of Gaurav Hotel, Islamabadi.
The high-speed Kia vehicle, coming from Silchar, crashed into the parked six-wheeler truck, leaving the car completely damaged.
Eyewitnesses reported that the truck had been parked on the highway, causing the speeding car to hit it forcefully.
Local residents immediately rushed to the scene, rescuing the injured and sending them to the hospital in critical condition.
The identities of the injured remain unknown. Police arrived promptly at the scene, taking the wrecked vehicle into custody and initiating an investigation into the incident.
