HSLC question paper leak incident : CID Assam arrested 22 persons.

In connection with the question paper leak incident for the General Science subject of the HSLC examination, 22 persons have been arrested by the CID, Assam.

The DGP of Assam, GP Singh  updated about the progress of the case in his Twitter handle. Two teachers namely, Jyotirekha Borgohain and Herambo Kumar Das including the driver Bindeshwar Tumung, who works at the Bhauri Devi Sarawgi High School in Guwahati has been identified as three among the 22 detained persons. Jyotirekha Borgohain has been kept at the All-Women Police Station while the other two are imprisoned at the CID Police Station.

According to sources, six students have also been brought to police station because of their involvement in the case. Among the six students, five are from Salt Brook Academy in Dibrugarh and the other one is from Gogamukh.
