Following allegations of expired medicine being given to patients at Bashkandi Health Center, Joydeep Das, a resident of Ward No. 8 in Lakhipur, has now filed a complaint against a Paracetamol company.

While pouring medicine from a bottle of Pacimol MF 125 to treat his 18-month-old child's fever, Das discovered a decomposed fly mixed with the medicine. This shocking discovery alarmed the family, as Pacimol MF 125 is a fever medication commonly used for children.

The incident has spread fear among the locals, who pointed out the serious risk posed by the company's negligence, potentially endangering the lives of children.

Upon hearing about the incident, residents expressed their outrage, emphasizing that people rely on medicine for health and recovery, but such carelessness by the Paracetamol company could have resulted in a fatal outcome for Das's child. They have called for a thorough investigation by the government to address the issue.

The incident occurred last Thursday when Joydeep Das took his feverish child to a local doctor, who prescribed the medicine. After purchasing it from a nearby pharmacy, the family noticed the decomposed fly while preparing to administer the dose, prompting them to report the matter to the media.
