Man allegedly Rapes an eleven-years old child in Cachar.

An 11-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a 58-year-old man named Pradeep Dutta in Cachar district. The culprit performed this unpardonable act when no one was at home. According to the complaint, the parents of the victim went to attend a family function. The culprit took advantage of the situation and entered their house in excuse of drinking water. The minor girl then informed her parents about the matter.

The victim was then taken to the Police Outpost where an FIR against the accused was lodged. After the case was reported, the police arrested him. The incident has created an uproar in the area. 

The rapist was identified as an employee of Masimpur Army Canteen. After the arrest of the accused Pradeep Dutta, the locals staged a protest in front of the police station demanding his death penalty.
