Mass protest erupts in Karimganj against attacks on Hindu minorities in Bangladesh

Karimganj witnessed a massive protest led by Hindu Rakshi Dal and other organizations against the recent attacks on Hindu minorities in Bangladesh.

Chanting slogans and carrying placards, the protestors, under the banner "Cholo Bangladesh" (Let's Go to Bangladesh), demanded protection for Hindus.

The rally began from Karimganj College, with thousands participating, intending to march 14 kilometres to the Sutarkandi border.

However, citing security concerns, the police halted the procession at the Central Market Point in Karimganj town.

The protestors expressed their anger towards the fundamentalist groups in Bangladesh and vowed to continue their fight for justice.

The demonstration highlighted the growing unrest and the demand for action against the atrocities faced by Hindus across the border.
