Moinarbond oil tanker drivers demand action against attacks on drivers in Manipur

They highlighted the ongoing security issues faced by drivers in Manipur, citing a lack of protection for vehicles after crossing Ziribam Gate and a failure to address the recurring incidents. The association expressed concern over the potential escalation of violence and the detrimental impact on the delivery of essential goods to Manipur.

Moreover, the association raised questions regarding accountability in case of future casualties and stressed the urgency of resolving the situation.
