More Than 2 Lakh new covid cases registered in India in the past 24 hours.
MORE THAN 2 LAKH CASES WERE REPORTED ON THURSDAY. INDIA HAS RECORDED THE HIGHEST NUMBER OF NEW COVID-19 CASES IN PAST 24 HOURS. THE TOTAL NUMBER OF CASES IN THE COUNTRY NOW STANDS AT 1,40,74,564 INCLUDING 14,71,877 ACTIVE CASES. THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM THE DISEASE HAS INCREASED TO 1,24,29,564.
Covid-19 Update on India
(1) More than 2 lakh cases were reported on Thursday. According to the Union Ministry of Health India reported its highest Single-day spike up in Covid-19
(2) India recorded the highest number of new covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours in 2,00,739 new daytime hours since the pandemic began last year.
(3) The total number of cases in the country now stands at 1,40,74,564, including 14,71,877 active cases.
(4) India reported 1,038 fresh Covid- related fatalities in the last 24 hours, taking the death toll to 1,73,123.
(5) The number of people suffering from the disease has increased to 1,24,29,564.
(6) India has tested 26,20,03,415 samples for Covid-19 so far, April 14 was called by the ( ICMR ) Indian Council of Medical Research.
(7) In addition to these,13,84,549 samples were tested on Wednesday. 11,44,93,238 people have been vaccinated against the virus.
Covid-19 Update on Assam
(1) Assam has recorded the largest increase in Covid-19 cases this year on Wednesday.
(2) It shows an increasing trend in the number of cases, despite claims by the Assam Health Minister that the prevalence of Covid-19 in Assam is at least before the third phase of polling.
(3) At the beginning of the year, the average number of cases reported in January - February was 13 daily, which increased to 83 daily cases in April.
(4) Assam recorded its highest spike of the year on Wednesday with 195 new cases.
(5) Today It reported 245 cases.
(6) Health Minister Himanta Biswa sarma said that this week Health Department is going to test one lakh people.
Covid-19 Update on Cachar
(1) On April 15, 28 new cases of Covid-19 were reported in Cachar.
(2) A total number of 388 people were tested by ( RAT ) out of which 5 individuals were found corona positive, while 23 more were detected in RT-PCR tests.
(3) The total number of cases in the district have now gone up to 11,646
(4) 11,494 patients were discharged in the district from the observation.
(5) 15 patients were admitted at Silchar Medical College & Hospital, 04 in green Heals Pvt Hospital, 01 in MH, and 94 patients are in home isolation.
(6) The district health authorities appealed to the public to follow safety protocols.
(7) Dr. Ibrahima Ali Ahmed said that by following these protocols we can prevent ourselves from the second wave of Coronavirus.
