Muslim rally in katigorah against Tripura's violent act, rally was stopped by security personnels after moving a few meters.
A protest was held by CFI in Katigorah against the ongoing communal violence against the minorities in Tripura. But the rally ended soon after the security personnel blocked them after moving a few meters.
Today, a protest march was held in Katigorah by the Campus Unit of India members criticizing the ongoing communal violence against the minorities in Tripura.
The protest Started from Katigorah Senior School and ended after moving a few meters away from the school. Large number of security personnel were posted there to restrain any unpredictable incident. Later the security personnel stopped the rally after moving a few meters away from Katigorah School. During the rally, they raised slogans against Vishwa Hindu Parishad, RSS, and Tripura CM Biplab Kumar Deb.
The rally organizers said that, "Can't keep silent, seeing how VHP, RSS is inhumanly torturing Muslims in Tripura; therefore, we organized this rally from Campus Front of India's Cachar District Committee."
They also urged for the involvement of SO and other administrator under the CBI investigation in Tripura.
