NEET PG 2021 exam has been postponed amid the second wave of COVID-19 across the country. An official notification stated that the decision to defer NEET PG 2021 exam has been taken considering the safety and well-being of candidates. The next date for NEET PG 2021 will be decided after reviewing the situation later, the notification stated.

The exam is postponed for at least 4 months and exam will not be held before 31st August 2021. Students will also be given at least one month of time after announcement of exam before it is conducted. This will make a large number of qualified doctors available for Covid duties.
