With reference to the video conference of Hon'ble Chief Minister, Assam, held on 23rd May, Addt. Deputy Commissioner (Vaccination) notifies the Sub-divisional Medical and Health Officers, to constitute a dedicated vaccination team for vaccinating individuals above the age of 80 at home.
