CORONA VIRUS UPDATE ON INDIA
(1) There are now over 20 lakh active Covid-19 cases in India.
(2) India has the second-highest number of Covid-19 cases in the world after the United States.
(3) Strict lockdown has imposed in states, name Delhi, Punjab, Maharashtra, Rajasthan.
(4) This weekend the UP government has also imposed a lockdown.
(5) In the Northeast, the Manipur government has decided to impose curfew in the state from 7 pm to 5 pm.
CORONA VIRUS UPDATE ON ASSAM
(1) On Tuesday, the Assam regime urged the Covid-19 Center to recognize policemen, journalists and teachers as front-line workers.
(2) The new guidelines are implemented with immediate effect and will remain in force till 30 April.
(3) Covid-19 cases have increased sharply and as of Monday evening, there are 6,316 active Kovid-19 patients in the state.
CORONA VIRUS UPDATE ON BARAK VALLEY
(1) 63 new cases of Covid-19 cases were reported in Cachar.
(2) Out of the 63 new cases, 31 individuals were detected Covid-19 positive in (RAT) rapid antigen test and rest 32 individuals in the RT-PCR test.
(3) Currently Cachar has 232 active Covid-19 cases.
(4) Out of 232 persons, 188 are isolated in home and the other 44 are admitted in various hospitals.
CORONA VIRUS LATEST UPDATE ON BARAK VALLEY
Today till 11pm 33 people were found covid positive in Cachar, 2 Critical In SMCH; 4 In Hailakandi and 13 were found positive in Karimganj.
