Rare white snake emerges from underground in Silchar, heatwave possibly drives unseen species from underground

A rare species of white snake emerged from the ground on Wednesday, surprising locals in Saratpally along Silchar Sonai Road. The snake was discovered in a roadside drain, drawing a large crowd of curious onlookers who had never seen such a creature before.
