Riyan Parag makes top three in IPL 2024 scoring chart!

Riyan Parag has emerged as the third-highest scorer in the ongoing IPL 2024, amassing 567 runs and setting a new record for the most runs in a single season.

In a crucial eliminator match against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) on May 22, Parag scored 36 runs off 26 balls, featuring two fours and two sixes, leading Rajasthan Royals to victory. His runs came at an impressive strike rate of 138.46.

This season, Parag has showcased exceptional consistency, scoring four half-centuries with his highest score being an unbeaten 88.

His remarkable performance has enabled him to surpass Rishab Pant's 2018 record of 547 runs, highlighting his steady climb up the Orange Cap leaderboard.

With only 16 runs separating him from Ruturaj Gaikwad, who is in second place, Parag is closing in on the top ranks.

Currently, Virat Kohli leads the chart with 741 runs, but Parag's continued strong performance could see him challenge for the top spot as the tournament progresses.
