Silchar celebrates as Ayodhya gears up for Ram Lalla's return to home
As the inauguration of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir and the installation of the Ramlala statue approach, Silchar is immersed in a joyous and festive atmosphere.
To mark the occasion, a grand bhajan procession featuring idols of Ram, Lakshman, Sita, Hanuman, and a chariot carrying Lord Rama was organized in Silchar.
On Sunday, devotees from various organizations and groups came together for a massive procession that commenced from Silchar Sonai Road Gopal Akhara.
The procession winded its way through the town, resonating with the melodious tunes of Ram Ram Bhajan, and concluded at Silchar Narsing Akhara.
The entire town echoed with chants of Ram as participants, holding saffron flags, immersed themselves in the rhythmic procession.
Speaking to the media, Ram devotees expressed the historic significance of the day and the collective joy it brings to Silchar.
They highlighted that the festivities would continue in various temples across the city, celebrating the momentous occasion of the Ayodhya Ram temple inauguration and the birth of the Ramlala statue.
