Tarapur Station Road, Silchar under Containment Zone.

As the Covid19 positive cases reached more than 05%  positivity rate in the last 1 week, DDMA, Silchar has Declared a part of Kalimohan Road, Tarapur, Silchar Under Silchar PS as CONTAINMENT ZONE.

The authority in the issued notice has implemented the zone in the North: Tarapur Station Road, South: Kendriya Vidyalaya Boundary, East: Kalimohan Road By-Lane, West: Kalimohan Road.

Following the amid a spike in Covid19 in Tarapur, Silchar DDMA has imposed the following restriction in the above-mentioned area:

1.Clear entry and exit points are to be established.
2. No unauthorized entry and exit of the residents in the contained area will be allowed.

3. Vehicular movement is to be strictly prohibited. 4. No movement is to be allowed except for medical emergencies, essential goods services.

5. No unchecked influx of population is to be allowed. 6. People transiting are to be recorded and followed through IDSP.

7. Stricter enforcement of all statutory directions regarding social distancing.
