Transport Minister Parimal Shuklabaidya undertakes 5000 km road safety awareness drive in Silchar

Excise and Transport Minister Parimal Shuklabaidya successfully concluded his road safety awareness drive in Silchar, having ridden over 5,000 kilometers on motorbikes.

This journey, which began on November 26 last year from Kamrup district, took Minister Parimal to every district of the state, where he appeared at a total of 126 assembly election centers to raise awareness about road safety.

During his visit to Silchar, Minister Parimal expressed his satisfaction with the impact of the awareness drive, stating that the number of road deaths this year is significantly lower compared to the previous year. He attributed this positive change to the efforts made through his circumambulation campaign.

Minister Parimal emphasized the importance of taking safety measures while driving. He urged everyone to prioritize road safety and ensure the well-being of themselves and others on the road.
