Where's the support? Class-12 student hangs in hostel at Meghalaya-Assam border

In a distressing incident at the University of Science and Technology Meghalaya (USTM), a student enrolled in the coaching institute 'Vision 50' was found dead on the evening of July 30.

 The individual was discovered strangled by a rope attached to the ceiling fan inside the coaching centre premises.
