GMC Shuts 2 Showrooms At Central Mall Guwahati.
In a drive against businesses operating without trade licenses, the Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) has shut many shops across Guwahati with some located inside the Central Mall, as GMC has issued an order for those business establishments whose trade license are yet to be renewed. According to the data over 54,000 business establishments in the city are still left out to renew their trade licenses.
The showrooms of Vio Jeans and Giordano inside Central Mall were sealed today, for operating without trade license.
Further, over 54,000 business establishments in Guwahati are yet to renew their trade licenses, the Guwahati Municipal Corporation stated on Thursday, March 9.
